1. Service Agreement

By using Sotvohap's repair and maintenance services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Sotvohap provides professional automotive repair services including wheel, drivetrain, electrical, and electric vehicle repairs in Mannheim, Germany.

2. Service Scope

Services include diagnostic inspection, parts repair/replacement, and labor. Sotvohap reserves the right to refuse service if vehicle condition poses safety risks. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary based on parts availability and complexity.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer
• Invoices include itemized parts and labor costs
• Late payments may incur interest per German law

4. Warranty

Parts supplied by Sotvohap carry manufacturer warranty. Labor warranty is 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. Warranty excludes normal wear, improper use, or accidents. Warranty claims require written notification within 14 days of service completion.

5. Liability Limitation

Sotvohap's liability is limited to the service cost or repair cost, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages. Vehicle owners assume responsibility for data stored on vehicle systems.

6. Data Protection

Personal data collected during service is processed according to GDPR and German data protection law. Data is used solely for service provision, invoicing, and warranty claims. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Vehicle Responsibility

Customers retain ownership and responsibility for vehicles during service. Sotvohap exercises reasonable care but is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or accidents on premises. Insurance is recommended.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are subject to German law and courts of Mannheim. Both parties attempt good-faith resolution before legal action. Customers have recourse to consumer dispute resolution per German regulations.

9. Changes to Terms

Sotvohap reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of changes.
